When you order something online, you use your unique code and address details. MyPup collects all parcels from all couriers in the morning.

You will immediately be informed that your parcel has been delivered. With a unique SMS-code or through the MyPup app you can open your locker whenever suits you, 24/7.

We receive your parcel in the morning and our driver delivers it the same day in the MyPup Pick Up Point of your building. All parcels are delivered in one go and emission-free.
