Our mission: Redesigning parcel logistics to be smarter and more sustainable
Actively contributing to an improvement and sustainability of logistics (parcel) flows in cities, that had to be possible!
MyPup was founded in 2014 by Luke van der Wardt, Martijn Van Schaveren and Dennis van den Berg. Since then, we are hard at work with a team of 25 colleagues from our head office in Amsterdam.
We operate throughout the Netherlands in large and smaller cities and internationally in London, Berlin, Munich and Dublin.
Service is at the heart of everything we do
Service is the core of all our activities. We are always willing to go the extra mile for our clients and users. We want everyone to enjoy a seamless parcel experience, which is why we take care of both customers and users through our services. Our team is always happy to assist anyone with questions personally.
Continuously improving
Feedback helps us to continuously improve. Every year, we conduct a customer satisfaction survey and regularly organise user panels. We’re proud that 71% of our users rate us with a 9 or higher and that our NPS increases every year, currently standing at 72!

We’re celebrating 10 years!

We have partnered with DuWo and are now handling parcels for over 6,000 students.
