How does it work?

When you order something online, use your unique MyPup address details and personal code at checkout.
MyPup receives all parcels from all couriers at our local hub every morning.
2 | Delivery
Our driver collects your parcels from the hub and delivers them the same day to the My Pup Pick Up Point located right in your building.
By delivering everyone’s parcels in one go, we keep your building accessible and 100% emission-free.
3 | Collect
As soon as your parcel is safely in the locker, you’ll receive a notification.
Use your unique SMS code or the MyPup app to open your locker and collect your package whenever it suits you, 24/7.
