The largest locker is 70cmx60cmx40cm and can fit a large moving box. Is your parcel even bigger? Your MyPup courier will call you and hand the the parcel to you directly when they are at your Pick Up Point. Parcels up to 23kg can be delivered with MyPup. Heavier parcels can be collected from the MyPup distribution center.

Create your MyPup account here. You will get your unique MyPup name and address. Use these address details for online orders. We receive your package in the morning and deliver it in the afternoon to the Pick Up Point in your building or neighbourhood. You can find your MyPup name and address details on our website when you log in, in the MyPup app and in the e-mail you receive when you create your account.

You will be notified immediately when your package has been delivered. You open the locker with a unique SMS code or via the MyPup app. Please note that you can only open the safe once!

Absolutely! With or without a shipping label, you can use the MyPup Pick Up Point to return your parcels or ship to any address. Create your return in the MyPup App, place your parcel in a locker, and we'll do the rest! Returning and sending via MyPup is currently available in The Netherlands, Germany, Ireland and Denmark.

MyPup bundles the packages from the various providers. Instead of all kinds of different providers delivering packages separately, bundling ensures that we can drive to the different Pick Up Points in one trip. We do this of course by electric bicycle or bus. This saves a lot of traffic and saves us on CO2 emissions.
