About MyPup


MyPup, My Pick Up Point, offers a sustainable parcel delivery solution. By consolidating parcels from all courier companies on the outskirts of cities, we eliminate the need for all parcel deliverers to go into the city. We then deliver parcels to our self-service parcel lockers in one go, emission-free.  This way, we hope to bring about a system change in last-mile logistics and thus fewer delivery vans on the streets!


Your Role


As a Customer Success Manager, you are the heartbeat of our client relationships. You are our client’s main contact person and ensure our Pick Up Points are a success by informing needs and monitoring how the Pick Up Points are doing. You will be visiting the Pick Up Points regularly and interact with our real estate clients, such as Achmea Real Estate, Greystar and Cushman & Wakefield.

You’ll be part of our commercial team in The Netherlands, working closely with sales and marketing to deliver the best experience to our clients and  users.


Your responsibilities


  • Be the first point of contact for clients after installation.

  • Develop and execute activation programs to engage end users.

  • Provide feedback on marketing materials and suggest improvements.

  • Look out for upsell & cross-sell opportunities.

  • Create and share reports on usage and performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client success.

  • Ensure contract renewals and long-term satisfaction.

At MyPup, you start by learning the ropes, executing activation tasks with some guidance and building confidence in client communication.

As you grow, you begin managing a portfolio, spotting opportunities to upsell and ensuring contract renewals.

With experience, you take on more responsibility: handling larger accounts, sharing insights in team meetings, and supporting new colleagues.

Eventually, you’re leading key client relationships, driving internal improvements, and playing a role in contract negotiations. Every step of the way, you're supported by a team that values growth, initiative, and collaboration.
