"I make sure that all parcels in and around Amsterdam or Utrecht are delivered to a Pick Up Point in the most efficient and sustainable way. As a result, online shoppers at home and abroad can make use of the most sustainable parcel delivery and the best service."


What we do:

  • My Pick Up Point provides unmanned Pick Up Points to companies, shared business premises, hospitals, educational institutions and apartment complexes to help their employees and residents receive their parcels in an easy and safe way.

  • MyPup takes care of the logistics in and around Amsterdam and Utrecht, and partly in Rotterdam and The Hague and is available through selected partners in other cities.

  • The logistics employee ensures that the parcels are booked on time in the morning and, together with a team of part-time drivers, delivers them to the Pick Up Points from 13:00.

  • You are the point of contact for the part-time drivers and report to and work closely with the logistics coordinator.

  • You will be part of the operational team and in your role you will also work together with the partner managers, customer service manager, project manager and COO to ensure optimal service delivery and implement improvements.


What you do:

  • The growth of MyPup means that the number of Pick Up Points and users per day is increasing. As a logistics employee, you are the linchpin in the daily logistics process at our hubs, focus: Amsterdam and surroundings. And you will also be deployed in Utrecht or other cities in the Randstad. It is important that the logistics operation continues to perform optimally with a focus on the quality of our services.


Your challenges:

  • Monitoring the quality of our logistics processes and services.

  • Optimal parcel handling, from inbound to delivery to the Pick Up Points.

  • Result-driven collaboration and a source of information for part-time drivers.

  • Daily contact with our in-house customer service.

  • The space to come up with solutions and take action.

  • Teamwork; That gives you energy!



  • Can communicate clearly and decisively

  • Loves to work with different apps and systems

  • Dares to act proactively and purposefully

  • Knows how to solve problems

  • Dares to make mistakes

  • Has a good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing

  • Expand yourself further

  • Are in possession of driver's license B

  • Or likes to cycle through the city
